so far, so good, first day quitting smoking and i dont have the urge to smoke, started last night and wow. ive been vaping and smoking for 14 years. if you really want to stop smoking then this is the way to go, and to get flavor tooth picks so you have something in your mouth. lol. but overall very good product. read directions first though because you will get sick if you chew the gum to much

I honestly dont understand how this gum is priced so high. For something that's supposed to help people quit a habit, the cost feels like a barrier instead of a solution. The amount of active content per piece is also fairly low, so I question whether it's enough to really help. The mint flavor is pleasant but fades almost immediately, leaving you chewing on what feels like plain rubber. With 300 pieces, its supposed to be cost-effective, but at this price, it just doesnt feel worth it. Its a frustrating choice when alternatives exist.
